Importing 2021 Saves

I am getting an error saying that I can not import a non-demo league while using the demo. I confirmed that I have input the license key in key management, but not sure if this is supposed to be happening in FA.

Additionally, I am getting stuck in the import screen after I attempt this and anytime I click cancel on file explorer a new file explorer window pops up.

It sounds like your game is in demo mode - when it starts up click the License Key Management option and confirm that the key it shows you is the one that was provided to you in your email. It may be best if you open a support ticket at www.wolverinestudios.com/support in case we need to ask questions regarding your email address and license key etc so that it is not done on the forum here.

Heard. I had originally confirmed that was the correct key so I ended up re-installing and trying that and this time it is working for me. I'll submit a ticket if it happens again- thank you!
