Dark mode?

I don't believe there is an option for that.

I'd suggest you use DDSCB22 with its new dark UI for a while and see if you begin liking it. When I first saw it during the beta testing, I wasn't a fan...but the more I played the game, the more it began working well for me. Then when I went back to CB21 to play out an old association, I realized that the dark background of CB22 really did look better to me that the light version that was in CB21 (and earlier CB versions). Not saying that will be the case for everyone, but just a suggestion.
