General Coach Suggestions

Last one from me (I think). Modern college basketball coaching staffs have hoards of assistants, graduates, and trainers, so in the interest of abstracting one more specialist; it might be interesting to add one more coach that would handle physical training/medical/nutrition. This coach could provide buffs to injury avoidance, physical development, and recovery time.
It would also add another little angle of engagement if some coaches had a specialty(ies), similar to what some players have already (e.g. "sharpshooter", "paint dominator" etc.). Maybe some coaches would be a "zone specialist" and would add a small buff for training players on zone defense concepts. Maybe another would be a "Free Throw Master" that would improve player's FT skills. Maybe a "work-out freak" that would help players more quickly max out their physical capabilities (athleticism, endurance). In real-life there are plenty of examples of coaches that excel in specific areas of basketball, so it would be cool to reflect this in the game.
