I selected "more than average" for the amount of players leaving early for the draft in the set up menu, and after the first season over 60 players left early which is probably still a little low, but good enough, but after the second season only 40 players left early. I hope that the second season was an outlier because with "mta" selected I should be getting that 60 plus leaving every year as a minimum.
