Do they improve after every Saturday, month, or just at the end of the year?

Not exactly sure but it is slow and gradual for the players IF they are getting minutes. For coaches it is probably at the end of the season, but I'm guessing that.

This is why you need to get your back of the bench some minutes games that have already been decided
