Yeah, it's an internal change Gary made. He also made some changes that have increased the number of close games. I'm seeing more close games in the associations I'm running. The home court advantage is less than in CB21 and previous CB editions but still pronounced (as is home court advantage in real life Division I).

My perception is that the biggest change in terms of lessening the HCA is that mediocre or bad teams are no longer able to almost automatically hold opponents to like sub 42% shooting from the field even if they have a poor defensive team.
