Help Please

Help Please

I had previously played demo and then bought game and activated my license for game. When I reach March 14th of 1st season will not let me go any further. Game says license is active. How do I fix this problem?

Could be any number of reasons for this. What did you do on 3/13 or on 3/14? 3/14 is post season. Are you in a play-in game in the NCAAs? Are you in one of the other tourneys? Did you change anything, specifically your lineup; it's easy to leave something blank, which would stop you? Are you getting any sort of error message? Click around. If all else fails send in a Support ticket and bundle up the game files and send them there.

I started a new season to test a reload and does exact same thing. Says demo has ended but have activated my license. I should be able to continue but I cant.

Send in a support ticket. It wouldn't hurt to zip up the file of either association. Gary's usually pretty quick to respond. He doesn;t always follow the Forums though; too much else to do! Good luck.

you might try de-activating your license (thru the "License Key management' link that's in the log on page and then closing the game and opening it again and then go back to the License key managment screen and re-activate the license. After entering your activation key, be sure to click on "activate license key" and then "finish". Hope that works for you.

I have tried the reboot and disable key and re-enter and deleted all files and started over and still does same thing. I did send in ticket with file that was saved at error point. Thanks for help and advice from everyone.
