Prestige

How do you raise Prestige for a Team? I'm playing with Columbia and going with an Academic focus in the Ivy League. My starting Prestige was 17. My first two seasons I've gone 9-5 in the Conf and went to the CIB one year. My Prestige has dropped to 12. I think Princeton leads Conf with about a 23 rating. How the heck am I supposed to raise it?

While a 9-5 conference record is good, it probably doesn't do much of anything for you since you're in the Ivy League. Try getting as good of an overall record as possible with wins over some good teams. Getting to the NCAA Tourney should improve your prestige...and the deeper you can go in the NCAA Tourney, the greater the prestige increase.

I made the tourney in season 3 by winning conf tourney and my prestige dropped 4 more points. i have no idea what to do besides take another job. I don't expect to be Prestige 50 lol but I would expect to gain on the others in the Ivy League that I'm beating.

Prestige is not only based on what your team does but also on how well the conference does in games against other conferences. Being in the Ivy is probably dragging you down.

Sure but Princeton and Harvard are holding their prestige #'s. I can figure it out. I mean if I'm beating them and making the tourney shouldn't I have a net gain vs the others in the Conference?
