Are there specific dates when players are reevaluated by a team's coaching staff and the ratings are then changed in the game?

Id be interested to know this too. I think I asked C Jackson Cowart once on DIscord but he said he'd have to refer back to Gary and it didnt come to anything in the end

"The ratings do not get updated from a visual standpoint during the season - your staff reevaluates them after each season/going into a new season but there is a date in the middle of the season and at the end of the season where the actual ratings used for the player can increase as the player continues to develop."
