Mid-season recruiting question

Is there any reason to continue recruiting throughout the season after all your scholarships have already been rewarded?

Often it's not necessary. But....

1. a recruit may not meet your school's SAT minimum (SAT scores come out on Jan. 28)...if not, you will have a scholarship to fill after that date.
2. a player may declare early for the pro draft in the spring, then a scholarship will open up and you may want to try recruiting after that to fill the scholarship that will be opening early.
3. if you have money remaining in your recruiting budget and you request an increase to your budget from the board, they may not feel you need it since you didn't use what you had.
