Can not advance to the next season

I have finished my 4th season as a head coach after being an assistant for 7 years, but now, I cannot advance to my 5th year. The 'advance' nor the 'play/sim' option is available. The backup file has the same issue. I am waving the white flag and Ive tried to attach the file in question, but I get an error that says .cbb files are not allowed.

If the zipped files are too large to attach and send through the WolverineStudio's ticket system, you can always upload them to a dropbox and then send the link to that in the ticket so that they can get the files.
