Does anyone create real life rosters for the game? Would be awesome.

Don’t think so as too much work and college players turnover quickly

How would one go about editing the list? Is there a file somewhere? I would love to do it.

The easiest way is to go into an existing league, then export the players, then use the mod tools to convert the .json file into .csv and then look at how they come out to build a new .csv with existing players.
