Any time the DC is considered invalid it will trigger a refresh... I would make sure all of your packages have at least a starter set at all positions (even if you don't plan on using them).

They all do, for some reason it triggers a reset going from TC->W1 and from W1->W2.

something I uncovered in the pro game (not sure it does the same here) but for whatever reason using arrow keys to go through certain drop downs make things not take effect.
Noticed it when I was working on playbooks in PF22. It looks like it works and then reverts to the old one. Worth a look?
