ERROR Do you want to stop debugging?

Microsoft Visual Studio "Do you want to stop debugging?" Boxes for Yes and No are on the screen but it won't let me choose one. I have gotten this error several times and the only option I have is to sim the game instead of actually playing it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks!

Maybe uninstall the realworld mod and reinstall the latest one for CF23? I think one of the images was corrupted at one point.
