My computer turned off while I had CF23 running. When I got computer back up and tried to start CF23, mouse cursor began to spin like usual but finally stopped with no response. I've uninstalled, re-downloaded, still no luck. Turned off virus protection, no luck. Did a couple PC shutdowns. Went into folders manually and made sure all folders related to CF23 were removed (they weren't removed with the uninstall). Reinstalled, no luck. My drivers are updated and game ran perfectly until this incident. Just throwing this out there to see if anyone has an idea for getting the game up and running. Appreciate the help.

Edit-also checked permissions to the best of my ability (no computer expert) and have tried running as admin and regular file opening.
