Tuning peInalties?

Is there a way to tune certain penalties down? I feel like I see things like Unnecessary Roughness more frequently than is realistic. But I don't see any way to adjust this

Pretty sure the weights and numbers are based on real life data but you can mod the penalties.xml file if you want different outcomes.

Thanks. I think its mostly pretty realistic, but unsportsmanlike conduct and too many men on the field seem, IMO, too frequent
