Weird recruiting situation, anyone seen this?

Just nearing the end of my first season, managed to get some nice recruits and I’ve got some scholarships left over, thought I’d check the uncommitted players and saw some super high rated guys left over, what’s likely to have been going on there? Is that normal?

Not sure if this should be considered a bug now, had been waiting on a response on this post before continuing my save but decided to continue tonight as I hadnt heard anything.

I was able to get both top QB's left and two top C's left with just 10k each, they committed after 1 week of targeting.

As I said, the highest player on my recommended players list originally was in the 200/300's

Yea, this happens every once in a while since a lot of teams won't recruit positions they don't need as heavily since they tend to just transfer. And the one guy was in Maine, which isn't a strong target by a lot of teams. It leads to some players being left at the end for mid-range programs to snap up.
