Updating to the latest version?

How do you update to the latest version? I looked in my email and it just provided a link to download the entire game. Do I have to reinstall it to get the latest version? Will I lose my progress and the real world mod and the real life player photos I installed in player profiles?

Yes, just reinstall. You won’t lose mods and progress as those installed outside of the game folder that is updated.
