As the title says, the +/- button next to recruiting and scouting often don't work. It seems random but i have to go back and forth to other screens to make them work. Its so frustrating and its just not enjoyable to play.

I've been experiencing this a lot too since picking the game up again a few days ago. It seems to be when there is <5k left to allocate.
