I noticed while looking through game logs that several of my "good" players are getting D's/F's for effort. Some are starters, some aren't. When I look at their bios, there aren't any flags on these players and none of their morale is bad. First...why is this happening? Secondly-is there anything I can do to help turn things around?

Added for next patch: Ability to influence effort by assigning a coach to the player (the focus player of each coach on the training screen).
