I just got this game and it's a little difficult to navigate. When recruiting where do I decide who to offer a scholarship to and do the game and home visits. I can't find that option anywhere. I tried just turning the delegates on but they are not offering who I want.

Never mind I noticed the recruiting tutorial at the bottom.
