Draft in Sandbox mode

can the draft be modified in sandbox mode? I notice the playoff teams are seeded correctly but the draft starts alphabetically from the bottom.

There should be a change draft order button on the draft screen prior to the draft starting. We may not have it enabled during the genesis draft though, I don't recall offhand.
