Editing/Importing League/Team Records?

I thought I read somewhere that it was possible to import League Records, but now I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Is this possible?

Is there a way to edit/import League and Team Records into the game?
For example - if I want the game to show that Emmitt Smith is the All-time Leader rusher is there a way to do that where he would show as the league and Cowboys' All-time leading rusher?

yes there is an Import Records option from the main screen. But it only accept Game, Season, Playoff, Career records for the league, not for individual teams.
