GM (Or Can You Just Coach)

Was wondering if there is an option to just coach a team, and not have to perform the GM duties. Can someone confirm? Thank you. Appreciate it. Also, is there a way to just play an exhibition game (a quick play 1 game and then you're done)?

There is not a true coach only mode. However some of the gm duties I believe can be delegated to the AI depending on what type of save you have created.

Also there is no true exhibition mode.

the easiest way to avoid GM duties is playing sandbox and switching a team to CPU at the end of the season so the AI handles resignings and then letting it stay on CPU until preseason so it also handles draft and free agency.
