Is there a way to fix sack numbers? Because in my leagues the sack leader has 13 sacks and the most I've ever seen is 18 and even then the 2nd highest person with sacks had 12 however it is an exception because Myles Garrett has insane stats even for a 100 overall edge rusher. Or is there a planned patch for it in a future update?

It's not something I'm seeing in my test leagues. I'm seeing top 10 of around 22 after a few years of sims.

Ok thanks I might try lowering the pass pro of the Linemen as a whole or just skip forward a couple of years
