Anyone have a playbook that I can use?

I wanted to limit my team to use a 4-3 Defense
Secondly, I wanted my team to run the ball more.
Maybe there is a better way to do this using the playcalling percentages. Seems like I can try that on Offense. I wasn't sure that I could do that on defense unless I created a playbook with mostly 4-3 plays.
