Request - ability to delete a player

It would be really helpful to hae a method to delete players from the database.

hen creating custom leagues it helpful to have more control over this rather than editing everyone you dont want signed to a silly age and stats. Also in multiplayer this can lead to very bloated player numbers that is rather frustrating when runnign free agency and d-league drafts, especially if they get picked up by the AI.

I can't delete a player from the current database because all of the players are indexed in sequential order so when player 526 retires a new rookie into the game becomes player 526 (that is why players also have a unique ID).
