Request - dbl select player as a option

Currently dbl players for the draft are enforced regardless of league type.

When running a historical league it would be great to have the option to switch this off to not ruin the immersion of the game for the era.

It took me a minute to realize what you are suggesting here but I think I agree with you that historical leagues should not have the additional players added to the draft classes. Let me see if I can figure out a way to change that.
