It would be useful if there a option to switch off coach levels for multiplayer. For most scenarios you do not want a user to have an advantage over another becasue they have been in the league longer or run more fantasy/press conferences. This encurages the wrong type of behaviour for multiplayer in which you want coaching ability in game to be level and the human behaviour/strategy to drive the success/failure.
Please can you consider the ability to switch off levelling for multiplayer and enable multiplayer to keep human players same in current ability.
