College Draft Issue

I am in the "college draft" portion of a fictional save, and I can't seem to get through it. Granted, I am not controlling any teams at the moment; I wanted to sim 5 seasons to build some history and, at the very least, get through the first wave of contracts. I've tried created a new association, but I ran into the same problem:

When I press the "CPU Finish" or "CPU Next" button, the only thing that happens is whoever was picked with the #1 overall pick populates the big screen under Last 4 Picks.

I will be sending my game files to WS through their support ticket system, yet I though it would be a good idea to post here to bring visibility to the issue among our player base.
