Enhancement - in game coaching

It seems like you can confront the ref multiple times with limited impact on the game itself. I would be a fun feature if you could get thrown out of the game and forced to let the AI take over and watch it.

I have button bashed confront ref multiple times and have yet to receive a technical or be removed from a game.

I'll keep testing and see if I can get booted and let you know
