Glitch with work around: Free agency

If you set up a multiplayer league and add human GMs to teams. When you switch to the GM to press advance and enter free agency bids the game just assumes you are in commish mode and processes to the end of free agency.

Not a urgent fix required as you can exit the load and reload as the team to prevent this but I can imagine a possible slip from a commish if this is not noted.
