Dead Ball Stoppage Pauses Game

I currently just watch the games play out and the game seems to keep stopping on "Dead Ball" even though all the options are turned off to "Pause at all Stops". Only option on is Enable Auto Sub. Not sure if this is a bug but doesn't seem like the game should stop at Dead Ball.

Does it continue to do it if you toggle it on and back off again?

Yes it does. If I walk away or leave it alone I have to come back and press the Control button or play to get it moving again.
