Human Coach Ratings Cannot be Changed

Even in sandbox I can't raise my coach's attributes to what I want them to be? What if I am not interested in playing with this progression system and I just want to have fun right away building up guys and teams with the attributes I want, maybe you guys can add a way to disable that or at least allow me to change how fast I can progress at ie 200%/300%/500% etc.

In Sandbox mode when creating your coach click the Skill Settings header and then you can drag the orange bars wherever you want so you can start with whatever ratings you want and you will automatically get the badge level associated with that amount of ratings
