Insane Contract Demands

As seen in the image above, I have noticed an issue with the game. Every player in the league has had insane contract demands. It has made my league unplayable as no team in the league can sign and/or resign players due to the demands of their salary. The lowest I have seen a player request was about 40 million a year and that was on a 1 star player. The higher the value, the more insane the demands get.

Did you turn on the option to increase the salary cap over time? Did you edit the salary cap to be some kind of astronomical number?
