Is there a place where I can read an in-depth list of the new features for 2023?

We are going to do a blog writeup hopefully for tomorrow on the site and we do have videos on our YouTube channel where I discuss and show the biggest of the new features in action. The big, big, big changes are the all new 2D gameplay view, the totally new budget/facilities portion of the game which really impacts building your school and some important changes in recruiting and the transfer portal that make those items better as well. As I said, I plan to do a lengthy writeup in the blog hopefully tomorrow
