Some transfer portal requests

I think the balance of the transfer portal has been improved. I did not notice teams cleaning up in the portal.

However, I would like to see an email when a player I have offered decides to go elsewhere.
In addition, would it be possible to list the the departure and arrival school for players when they make a transfer decision?
Finally, I think it might be cool to add a transfer watch list to be make the portal easier to track and manage.

I admit I haven't gotten to the tranfer portal yet in '23, but I was hoping also that the "Players Transferring" emails that just list all the players who left could be organized by position as I like looking to see where players who left me went to and it's a real headache trying to find them in '22. Listing both the school they left and school they are going to as suggested above, would also be great.
