The option to skip ahead to different stages isn't available on May 1, but on June 25th after you set the budgets. No biggie, but in the alerts, it'll tell you that "today is the only day you can do this", and that is on May 1.

Good pickup..the alert will need to be changed to reflect the new date for Skipping Summer.

In CB2022, the May 1 date for skipping summer meant that those choosing to do so.
automatically simmed through the transfer portal. Changing the skip summer date to June 26 allows you to do the 8 Transfer Portal periods (of course, you can still sim them by setting the AI to "manage offseason"..or you can advance through them quickly yourself if you can't go after any transfer players or don't want any). Then if you don't want to handle recruiting, you can choose to Skip Summer on June 26 after the transfer portal concludes.

As a big proponent of this change, I'm immensely happy that this has been done for CB2023.
