Free Throw Improvement?

Any way I can improve my players' free throw abilities? I know you can't put it in the practice plan. Are there other factors that might influence their abilities to make FT?

There is no way to focus on one particular skill - what you can do is make sure your assistant assigned to practice is better at player development and you can change your budget focus in the future to work more on developing players
