I was wondering if it could be possible to have an extended challenge mode? I would like to take over certain teams but they are not available in the challenge mode even if you select elite for skill and potential. I don't want to play sandbox because I do want the pressure of hitting team targets with the risk of being fired. I wondered if there was a way that a challenge mode could be extended to include the option to coach any team?

The only reason they might not be available is if they are a high academic school and you have set your academic priority low. If you commit to having a high academic standard then those other schools should appear to you
