When you click "Suggest All" or "Suggest Matrix" in the Depth Chart, who is doing the suggesting? Is it your assistant signed to scouting? And if it is, why isn't their depth chart put together based on ratings (best play the most etc.) since the player ratings are their's (they are right?)... and if it isn't the Scouting assistant, who is it and how are they coming up with it?
