We need to be able to put more than 16 teams in a conference and also we need to be able to delete conferences or leave them empty since the PAC 12 is going away

The game lines up with the 23-24 season as far as I'm aware by default. If you want a futuristic version of things you can set up a fully custom aligned league by modding the teams.xml file like they've done in the mod forum for larger conferences and custom scheduling. In the future we'll add more options as we find out how the conferences end up.

ugh kind of a poor excuse .... we will have 18 teams in a conference in the 2024 season but whatever it takes to keep us buying new versions I guess

Just for you I'll add in the 18 team conference. But don't request a 4 team conference to match the Pac12. You'll have to move those teams somewhere else or to independents.

understood ... 4 team conference won't be a thing next season but an 18 team conference will be ... thanks for listening
