Fix for recruiting actions not de-selecting
Updates to prestige change calculations
Updates to POY and other award calcs
Updates to UI for depth chart packages and backups
Updates to spring game to make it more 1st team Off versus 2nd team Def and vice versa
Added 18 team conference option, and 16 team 1-divison option
Added return specialist trait
Updates to playoff brackets so home team should be better seeded team
Fix so R1/R2/R3 commit signings occur more often
