in year 10 ... and not once has someone signed during the transfer period before the final sim .... last year's version you would get signings every week ... I always get several players but it's never until the last week now ... not sure what changed

May need specifics on which stage in game you're referring to. Are you talking about Recruiting stages (R1/R2/R3) right before signing day? Those stages will have very few commits in R1 and R2 unless you're targeting high interest kids. Otherwise it will take the full 3 rounds before the kids decide.

yes but last year's version they would sign throughout the whole process ... in season 11 now and not a single one has signed before signing day .... it prevents you from going after others if someone turns you down
