In the 2024 version for recruiting who is in charge of it the head coach, off cord, def cord ?? Also how many stars is good for both the off cord in teaching offense and def cord in teaching defense ?

All three affect recruiting depending on their recruiting rating.

Coach Offense and Coach Defense are two of the more important ratings for an OC and DC, so 5 stars would be ideal.
