Custom Conferences and scheduling

I would like to realign the 10 conferences to 13 teams each. Is there any easy way to switch the teams around? I also wanted to set the scheduling to conference games only. Is there a way to do that too?

In between seasons you can realign conferences to 13 teams, but there is no option for "conference games only". For that you'd have to create your own schedule.
