Budget setting not working

I got the budget settings max out but I see no school will go past a max budget of 30 and coach budget of 19 even when they are running a coaches salary of 26+ mil. It is causing the facilities to go down in ranking. I even seen some schools running a negative number for the facilities budget. I seen this happen the longer the sim goes on and it does not seem to affect the recruiting just the facilities.

Thanks, we'll take a look. I'm guessing we missed some scenarios where the budgets aren't being applied correctly.
