I have an opening for an offensive coordinator but during the Staff Offer stage, when I highlight an offensive coordinator to sign (using Sign Staff), the Submit Offer button isn't clickable. I keep having to promote from within. Not sure what I'm doing wrong? I have the budget money available to sign the coach.

Found it and fixed. Will put the patch out asap.
