Option Routes

I know you cannot in the in-game custom play creator, but if we add plays to the plays.xml file can apply option routes to receivers?

Say "IF-THEN" type routes, if Man = Post, ZONE = Out, or putting in specific coordinates of a route based on coverage?
I know it is problem not a thing but was looking for a way to add Run-n-Shoot "Choice" and "Seam Read" Option Routes in the Game
