Safeties

I know this has been an issue before that I felt was fixed so ai hate to bring this up again, but I feel like the number of safeties sim seeing in the game are starting to become unrealistically high again. Could you please look into this? I’m wondering if they are occurring more on custom plays. Are QBs still making appropriate decisions when using these plays close to there goal line?
